1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Altai Digital. For any privacy matter you can write to us at negocios@altaidigital.co.
2. What data we collect
If you create an account: your name, email and password (always stored encrypted, never in plain text). The apps you mark as favorites. If you write via the contact form: your name, email and message. And basic technical browsing data (IP address and browser type) to operate and protect the site.
3. If you had an account on our previous site
We migrated the records of members from our previous site (name, email and the contact details you had given us) so you don't lose your account or your history. We did not bring passwords over: to sign in, you create a new one from “recover access”. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
4. How we use it
To provide the service (your account and favorites), reply to your messages, keep the site secure and comply with the law. We do not sell your data to anyone.
5. Emails we send
Only emails necessary for your account: confirming your registration, recovering access and security notices. We do not send you marketing without your consent.
6. Artificial intelligence
To organize the catalog, we send the name and public description of the applications to an AI provider that helps us classify them. This process does NOT send your personal data or that of any user.
7. Cookies
We use only cookies necessary for operation: your session, your language and the light/dark theme. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Who we share with
Only with the providers that help us operate (site hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, and where the law requires it. The audio library links to third-party apps and sites that have their own privacy policies.
9. Security
We encrypt passwords, serve the site over a secure connection (HTTPS), limit sign-in attempts and keep backups. No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to minimize risk.
10. Your rights
You may request to access, correct or delete your data, and remove your account, by writing to negocios@altaidigital.co. We will handle your request within a reasonable time.
