1. Acceptance
By using altaidigital.co you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site. You must be over 18.
2. What we offer
An audio library of third-party AI applications for informational purposes, editorial content (blog), and AI consulting and development services. We are part of the Altai Digital ecosystem, which includes our own platforms such as Agent Hub, Adam Network and Encantamiento del Sueño; each has its own terms.
3. Your account
Creating an account is optional and lets you save your favorite apps. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for your account's activity. If you already had an account on our previous site, we kept it: you can sign in by creating a new password from “recover access”.
4. Third-party apps and links
Listed applications belong to their respective owners; Altai Digital does not operate or guarantee their functionality, pricing or availability. The site links to third-party services with their own terms. Some links may be affiliate links: if you sign up through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
5. Services and payments
Consulting and development services are agreed separately. Published prices are indicative and may change. Any engagement is confirmed directly with you before any charge.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the site for illegal purposes, attempt to breach its security, or extract or copy content in bulk without authorization. We reserve the right to restrict access in case of misuse.
7. Intellectual property
The Altai Digital brand, design, texts and original audio are its property. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes.
8. Liability
Content is provided “as is”, for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific results from using third-party tools. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for a service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the current version on this page with its date; continued use of the site implies acceptance of the changes.
